Online Tickets

Thank you for your enquiry regarding tickets to this year’s festival.

Weekend and Saturday tickets to Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival (8th & 9th August 2014) are SOLD OUT. Holders of Saturday tickets can buy upgrades to weekend tickets on-line and camper van/caravan ticket holders can buy electrical hook-up upgrades on-line, both at www.skiddle.com.

It is hoped that more camper van/caravan tickets for existing weekend or Saturday event ticket-holders only will be released shortly. We will notify you via eNewsletters, our web site and social media. In the meantime, please email support@skiddle.com to go on the waiting list.

Any unwanted eTickets can be returned to www.skiddle.com (email support@skiddle.com) for resale. These will be offered for sale at 1100 on Monday 2nd June. Sellers will be reimbursed the ticket face value and buyers will be charged ticket face value plus booking fee. Holders of tickets bought under the deposit scheme are reminded that any tickets bought under this scheme must be paid up by May 31st or they will be forfeited and offered for resale.

Unwanted printed tickets should only be resold at their face value via our approved re-seller www.thetickettrust.com. This year, tickets available via this medium will be retweeted via www.twickets.co.uk to reach more potential buyers instantly. We strongly advise customers not to buy tickets from sellers on auction or social media sites and never to part with funds unless tickets are in the hand and known to be genuine. Tickets resold anywhere other than via The Ticket Trust are sold and acquired in breach of our terms and conditions.

Thank you and best wishes: The Belladrum Team

Names on Tickets

If you are acquiring/ selling an eTicket directly from/ to someone – and especially from someone you don’t know - which does not bear the new user's name, the seller needs to apply to Skiddle (www.skiddle.com) to get the ticket cancelled and a new one issued with the buyer's name, a service for which Skiddle make a small charge. This is because: If the ticket has already been scanned into the event before you arrive, and it bears someoneelse’s name/ doesn’t correlate with your ID, it is difficult for us to do anything about it. This is also the case where, very unsually, there might be a technical malfunction and the ticket won’t scan. If you turn up at the gate and there is no problem in scanning the ticket but it has a different name on it,  you should be able to gain entry.  If you are following this route, the original purchaser has to contact Skiddle to arrange the name change.
