Why has Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2020 been cancelled?
Belladrum 2020 has been cancelled on safety grounds due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 outbreak in the UK.
What is the date for the rescheduled 2021 event?
The date is 29th-31st July 2021.
I have tickets for Belladrum 2020, what are my options?
You have 2 options:
- Keep your tickets for the re-scheduled event in 2021.
- Request a ticket refund.
I have decided to keep hold of my Belladrum 2020 ticket, what do I need to do?
You don't need to do anything. All tickets bought through Skiddle will be automatically transferred to the new date. We look forward to seeing you then.
Please note this includes all Glamping (purchased through Skiddle), Club Clan Bella, Restaurant, Transport and Caravan/Campervan tickets.

I bought my Belladrum 2020 tickets through a payment plan. I want to keep my tickets but what happens with my instalments?
All payment plan customers will be granted a payment holiday until 1st May 2021 at which time collections will recommence monthly to complete your plan. You don’t need to do anything, your payment due on 1st May 2020 will not be taken, your ticket remains valid and all payments are frozen for 12 months, restarting in May 2021.
All things considered I would like to request the refund of my Belladrum 2020 tickets. How do I go about it?
We are sorry that you are not able to attend in 2021. We hope you will return for a future Belladrum party!
You will receive an email from Skiddle in the next 14 days confirming the 2020 cancellation. The email from Skiddle will direct you to your Order History where you can request your refund.

I have requested a refund, when will I receive the funds?
We hope to have all refund requests processed by 15 June 2020. Please allow additional time for the funds to reach your account.
Will my booking fee be refunded?
Skiddle have enabled a credit system so that customers will receive a booking fee credit. This credit can be used on Skiddle within 12 months.
Booking fee refunds will be in line with each individual retailer terms and conditions so please check directly with them.
I purchased my glamping tickets directly with Pitch Village/Cloudhouses. What should I do?
If you plan on attending the 2021 event then no need to do anything, your ticket will still be valid. If you can no longer attend and would like a refund, please contact your supplier directly.
By 2021 my child will be 13 and I only have a child ticket for them. What should I do?
Children who fall into this category will be able to enter with their original ticket. For 2021 we will change the age on the child ticket to 13 & under and carry out our usual ID checks.
I have a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket for Belladrum 2020. How does the postponement affect me?
Your PA ticket is still valid for the rescheduled event provided your nominated main ticket holder is still attending. We will perform a review of the PA tickets in January 2021 to ensure those assigned tickets are still eligible. No need for you to do anything, we will contact you.
If, however, you no currently longer require your PA ticket, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange to cancel your ticket and allocate to someone who needs it.
I have adult tickets for Belladrum 2020 and I want to go in 2021 but I am still looking for child tickets. What should I do?
There will be some families who will be unable to attend on the rescheduled 2021 date. For those who have requested a refund and given up their tickets we will launch our first ticket resale on Mon 1 June via our ticket agent Skiddle. As always, those who already have adult tickets will be offered priority on any retuned child tickets.
I won complimentary tickets for Belladrum 2020 through a competition or charity donation. Do I need to do anything?
No, these tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled 2021 date and will be emailed to you nearer the event.
I have a bundle of tickets for Belladrum 2020 including adult, child, Club Clan Bella and glamping tickets. I still want to attend the 2021 event but I’d like a refund for my glamping tickets only. How do I do this?
Unfortunately, the Skiddle system does not give part refunds on orders. You will need to cancel your entire order and then buy back the elements of your order you would like to keep. Please contact the Skiddle team with your order ref number and which elements you would like refunded on email@example.com and they will be able to help you.
I don’t have a Belladrum 2020 ticket but I’d like to attend the 2021 event. What should I do?
We will be operating the monthly resale of any unwanted/returned tickets commencing on the 1st June. Each month any unwanted tickets will be offered up for general resale. This resale will be available on the Skiddle website on the 1st of every month at 10am.
The number of tickets available will purely depend on the numbers of unwanted/returned tickets we get that month. Any returned tickets from this cancellation will be put into the 1st June resale.
